• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Howling Brakes

Morning - This issue all started after having a rear tire replaced by the dealer.

Brought it home from the dealer and found that when coasting to a stop and barely touching the brake pedal the brakes howl
(not squeak).

Brought it back to the dealer and of course they said they couldn't find anything wrong and that all Can-AM' experience some kind of brake noise or another.

It was fine until the rear tire change - is there any correlation between it and my brake howls?

Any Feedback is Welcome
Thanks in advance

Well....

Normally there should be no change in the brake function or sound. Now what was done, well depends on the tech doing the work. I would pull the caliper and check it and the installation. if this is not your thing check with any brake specialist for a visual. They are the same as car brakes... Have a look at the disc for any build up scratching or gouging. Try a simple greed cleaning and see the results. :dontknow:
