• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to instructions or video to mount the Can Am passenger backrest?

I had mine dealer mounted, Buckskin, but I remove it on a regular basis. You can't install it fully assembled. You have to at least remove one side arm of the backrest. I would recommend removing both arms of the backrest for the first install.

You have to remove both passenger side grips from the Spyder. The backrest arm then fits over the bar. You then reinstall the passenger side grips. Cover the rear cowl with a thin cloth and bolt the backrest to the backrest arms. There's not much room to play with. Put the plastic covers over the nuts (once again, not much room).....hope this helps a bit...

It's great addition with its adjustability and lumbar support.

Thanks to Pete and Neil I got the backrest on. Pretty stout piece. Will be posting some pictures in a few days, as I still adding some odds and ends to the bike.
