How many your Spouse's ride their own machines?

Just wondering how many of your spouses ride their own machines? My better half has always ridden her own. We rode 2 wheels together for years and have both switched to three wheels. Bought my first Spyder last year and shortly after she decided to switch too. Went the Harley route for her. She wanted the Tri Glide so we got her one last November. She absolutely loves it!! I've ridden it a bit and prefer my Spyder, but it's a very nice ride. Just curious what others are doing.

In 1993, I was a passenger on a 2 wheeled motorcycle for 16 years, (only life got in the way), then in 2012, I bought my first Spyder (it was a 2012 RT S-SE5). From 2012 to Current, I have always had my own Spyder.

I traded the 2012 RTS-SE5 for a 2014 RTS-SE6, which was sold with 30,000 miles on it; then I traded/sold the 2014 RTS-SE6 and bought my current Spyder (a 2023 F3 LTD SS Mineral Blue) which now has 7,000 miles on it (life still gets in the way!)

Wife used to backpack with me even before we got married. Many friends got hurt and even died, so she decided to not be a passenger anymore.

She always said that if she ever rode on the street again that it would be on her own machine so that the chances of us both going down at the same time would be much lower.

They RT is her machine, but sometimes I do ride it... Not my thing though, I'm a 2 wheeled guy. Just happy to enjoy the hobby with her again!

We typically ride together so it's nice knowing if one bike has problems, at least we can double up to get help. Hasn't happened so far, but you never know, right?!

Deanna, how was the transition to F3 for you? I strongly considered the F3 Limited, but there were no leftovers available, and I got a better price on the RT vs a new F3. Those felt a bit smaller to me, even without test riding. Opinions??

I am here because, while I rode two wheels, she wanted something to ride herself. Thua, we purchased the Spyder. She has since been ill and not able to ride. I now ride the Spyder and we hope to start doing two-up rides again soon. If that goes well, we hope to do some road trips.

My wife got her license after we got our first Spyder... and when the Rykers came out there was no doubt one of those was headed to our stable. She loves it! A few times a year she may be my pillion, but we ride often together on two bikes.

My bride runs her own snowmobile better than most men but chooses to sit back like the queen when on the bike! That is fine, she is a great GPS, but sometimes not such a great cruise control! 🙃

My wife has her own. She started out with the red F3T and later said she wanted a black one. I came across a deal on a 2021 RTL and she took over my F3L. She doesn't ride it much, and prefers to ride as a passenger. She does only about 250 miles a year, although this is a picture from 2022 when I asked for her to ride the BRP with me for 3 days. That year she got about 2,000 miles. She is actually an awesome rider, with one issue, she follows cars too close. I would rather have her in front, but due to that reason, I always lead and have her bring up the rear. For some reason, she doesn't follow other bikes too closely, just cars. I make the sacrifice and ride the F3 in order to keep it rolling.
