There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. How many Spyder riders still own 2 wheelers?

Taking 2 wheeler on ride tomorow

I will be riding my 2004 white GL1800 Goldwing on a ride tomorrow because my 2010 RTs has a brake failure light. Going to take it to dealer next week.

I sold my '02 Gold Wing to buy the RTS but still have HD Heritage Classic Softail which is for sale.

Check the fluid level in your brake reservoir. Even a little low can cause a warning. They often look full but just a tiny bit of fluid will clear the alarm.

I just purchase a 2011 spyder cant wait to ride it, but i have a 06 gxrs dont ride it much i am looking for a different type of ride and from what i hear and read it is going to be great!!!.

Your are in for an exciting year. You will find that this forum is excellant to answer any question you may have about your Spyder. Hop on with an open mind and remember, it is not a motorcycle and practice where the brake pedel is. ;)

40 years of two wheeled riding... Started motocross, dirt biking and street riding at 18, been pushing the limits ever since, from 200MPH on a ZX14, to dragging the boards off a Screaming Eagle Electra Glide, Barber Motor Sports track on a BMW, Total Control Classes, riding deals gap since 1987, recently a Goldwing with Race Tech suspension tearing up the twisties, XR1200 and a V-Strom and then a bell went off. I have cheated the odds for 40 years, my wife worries about me riding solo on backroads with no cell reception. I decided to get off two wheels and promised my wife that I was done, had too many really close calls.

I told my wife it's a Trike (which I will not own), a Spyder or give up riding. She said that you're not ready to give it up, so we are HAPPY SPYDER OWNERS!

I have a the best situation - I have my BMW LT (love it); she has the Spyder (loves it). I get to do a lot of the farkelizing on the Spyder, and I also get to ryde it - a lot.

vulcan and magna

I still have a 1500 vulcan and a v65 honda magna both for sale cant afford to register them all or I would ride them all

I loved my vulcan but now my son has it, I also have a magna, awesome performace bike for a cusier. It is a keeper, Wouldn't a V4 be something in the Spyder!:yikes:

I still have 18 bikes+ a sidecar in the garage ... Mostly vintage bikes, I replaced a big HD by my RT to still be able to go touring with my wife : following a nasty accident I lost more than 70% of my right arm use and cannot handle big bike 2 up...
still have: Egli Vincent, X75 Triumph, Commando 850, Enfield I2, Kawa H2 & S2, Jawa Calif, Honda CB450 & SL350, Yamaha XT 500, 250, 225, Vmax 94 & o9 (4 sale), Norton 400ES, Laberda 750SF2, Yankee 500, Softail HD, Ural Gear Up, back in Paris still a Vespa PX, TDM 850 Honda PS50... Time to seek professional help??

2-wheelers

Would like to see the % of Spyder riders that also own 2 wheelers, or have owned 2 wheelers in the past and are not afraid of falling over on a 2 wheeler (AS the critics are saying). Also why did you choose the Spyder? Did you chose a Spyder over a Trike?
I have 5 two wheelers in my garage. I chose the Spyder for the technology and safety and the thrill it provides. The wife loved it as well. Now it's our main ride.
I chose the Spyder over a Trike (I tried one out before buying) due to the safety of the wheels being in the front. The Spyder is designed as a 3 wheeler, not a kit or add on.
In the automotive world it is well known that two wheels in front are much more stable than a typical trike confriguration (nothing against trikes, everything has pros and cons including Spyders).
I still own 2-harley 2-wheelers, for kids, & grandkids, mostly too ride, since I'm in my mid. 70's , artifical hip, & fussed back, thank's too ole father time, I ride mostly the Spyder

Not to my way of thinking, with two Spyders and 24 other bikes...LOL!

My oldest son was riding the M109R and I would ride it every once in a while.
I got to the point that I wasn't comfortable riding more than an hour on it (back, hips, knees, old, ect.).Well, the son bought his first bike, a Honda CBR 1000. So....the 109 found a new home. I have had a two wheeler, of some sort, since 1972, with a 1957 Harley SERVI-CAR thrown in there somewhere. Honda 350s, 750's, 1984 SuperGlide (last Shovel Head) Yamaha 850 Triple, V-65Magna, Yamaha V-MAX, 750 Nighthawk, 1100 V-Star, and that BRP "THING", GS,RS, GRSS, SSGR, I don't know what to call it anymore, but, I LOVE IT!

I still have my Sportster but, I don't put the miles on it like I used to since I have my Spyder. I might sell it this spring and use the money for mods on the Spyder.

I cheat! Most of the vintage bike batteries sit on a shelf, where they are easier to keep charged. I don't install one until I decide to dust off that particular toy.

That's the way to do it. I do have a 4 circuit Battery tender that I keep on 4 of them. I rotate to the others when i think about it. The newer bikes, 09 Triumph and Honda Magna get started on a regular basis.
To be honest about it though The spyder gets most of the attention. I love riding that thing! It is always a thrill.

two wheelers

I still have my two two bikes one is a 09 victory jackpot, and the other is a 09 victory hammer. still ride them to

Yup, a Suzuki GSX1250FA. I absolutely LOVE this thing. I ride both it and Phantom 14 but the Spyder is sittin more and more. A friend at work has an 05 'Busa I have my eye on, too. He doesn't ride it any more; I'm pretty sure he's scared of the thing. Thinking about it though because I still want a Motus MST, so I'm trying to see what is going to happen there...

07 Wing and 02 VTX 1800 in the garage... love to ride the canyons and passes of Colorado on 2 and 3 wheels!
