• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I hope to enjoy many miles on the spyder. I will let everyone know how many miles I put on it and if we have any problems.

I would like to know what the elite few have done in maintenance/frequency in those 100,000 miles......ex. clutch replacements, belt swaps, suspension retune, bearing swaps, spark plug change, brake changes.

The spyder has only been out 6ish years, so there's not a ton of info out there on the "life" of the machine. Because only a few have hit the 6 figure mileage marks.

I ain't the elite few... but I rode over 200,000 miles the Spyder RS 2008 Silver Dream ;)

Yah but..............

Doc has one with about 200,000 miles worth of careful and gentle rides to and from Church... ;)

Doc lives in Clearwater, FL and his church is a the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah. You figure it out!!!! Will say, his Spyder runs better than all others, 118 mph in the 1/4 mile. Wow!!!!
