• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

How far did you travel to get your spyder?

About 50 feet, from my front door to the street.

I bought my 2012 RT-S SE5 from Louis Powersports in Greenville, TX and was lucky enough to find a guy that delivered it to my house for less money than I would have spent driving or flying there.

That was back on April the 7th of 2013. And now with over 28K miles, we are headed to Spyders on the Bayou come Wednesday morning.

Mike in KY
I bought mine at the same place on Jan. 31, 2013. Greenville is an 1100 mile round trip from here. I went with a friend (Valley Rider on here) who also bought one and we hauled them back in a 24-foot enclosed-box trailer, a car-hauler, behind his F250 diesel pickup. I get all my service just 16 miles away at a dealer I didn't even know about when I bought the Spyder by telephone.

Tommy's Motorsports in Clinton TN. They were really good to us and treated us like friends instead of customers.

I went on their Motorsports in Clinton TN website - not a can-am dealer - maybe a different location or they are no longer can-am.

My first Spyder an 2012 RTS, I traveled about 40 miles one way. My recent purchase, a 2015 RTS drove + 500 miles to just sign the papers as they are shipping my 2015 to me. Purchased from imotorsports in Elmhurst, IL. Marion, Ar. to Elmhurst, IL. Good dealership and friendly personnel.

distanca travled

when I purchased my 2009 GS I flew from Corpus Christi Texas to Indianapolis Indiana and rode home in 2 days had a blast 1650 miles one way

Right around 20 miles.

Doing the math in my head I come up with about 140 miles round trip.

180+ miles about 4 hours. It was cold and I didn't have heated gloves so I took a Pit stop every hour to warm up my hands.
