I was just on your website.

1. Find the photo you want

2. Right click on the photo

3. Select 'Save picture as . . . '

4. Save it wherever you want

Then, once you are back on SL, just upload it.

Control+Click should handle that. You can also plug a regular two button mouse into a Mac. Works fine.
