• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I killed an ungodly number of grasshoppers on Saturday's ryde and have gotten the ones I can see washed off, but there must be more inside every nook and cranny that just can't be accessed without dismantling half the byke.

Any suggestions on how to get rid of them and the smell? It'll be -30deg here in a few months and that'll help some, but something less drastic -- and quicker -- would be appreciated. :dontknow:

Ewwwwwwww! Yuck oh city!!!! Don't envy you the cleaning job.

I use Original Bike Spirits. But I don't know if it could handle the job you have in front of you. Sorry.

Dismantle is prob gone to be a must let them get good and moist.
This has happened to me a few times in Minn and Nebraska were I asked hotels for old towels got them good and wet and wrapped areas with them next morning they would come right off.
Fast fix get them moist gentle tip power washing :doorag: keep good distance

My sympathies, we had them too after a few areas on our journey, Dudley cleaned out more of them here at home over the weekend. Figured they would be gone by now but nope, there they were. Never "smelled" and that is saying a lot because it's quite hot here. Finally got all of them I think over time. They sure did look nasty.
