• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hoping the 2017 Anniversary RT Model will offer more than just a color change! When is CLUB in August?

We won't be at Club this year but like every year we will post links to the product as soon as they let me. :doorag:

Which means, "I know something but I am not allowed to tell you!" Come on Lamont, just tell us, we won't say anything to anyone else, just between us, loyal followers.

It doesn't matter if they put in a bigger motor in there. They will probably still govern it down to where it can only go 125mph. We got a 1330cc motor that can go 122mph on a racetrack. How fast can the 1340cc Hyabusa go? 180, 185?

I do hope that's a tonque in cheek comparison? I've no idea what the 'busa weighs but it will be about half what the spyder does, plus only 2 wheels, plus much narrower front profile, narrow tires, etc etc. The relative performance of the Spyder to 2 wheeled bikes has much more to do with those things than the engine.

I'm sure that any 2 wheel bike with the same 115HP 1330 Rotax would be considerably faster than the Spyder.

Thank you... :agree:
But I doubt that they're going to change the displacement of the 1330 yet. It's only been out for three model years so far...

I have a source who's seen the general plans through the '19 models. When I noticed the 1500 cc displacements on other BRP products he said the Spyder engines won't change at least till after that.

2017 RT

I would like to see the 2017 RT on a F3 Frame. Would love to be able to adjust foot pegs for my long legs.
