• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Honda Neowing Walk-around Video

Cool..!!

you do get a better look this way..thanks. so from the rear those front tires are only as wide as the cylinder heads. I do like the shaft drive single sided swing arm. Now if it leans, as do others, do you have to put your feet down When you stop..?? :dontknow:

Intersting , like the shaft drive but tires are defiantly not choice. Will keep eye out for local dealer to get one & Ill give it a test ride at-least.

At Least There is a Dealer Nearby

I like the idea of it being a Honda, at least they are in the area. But I wonder if the seat is the same as F3 in where you sit down in the bike. My belly may be hitting up against the console like it did in the F3.
Have been talking to the a couple of dealers in the area but a 150 mile one way trip to the dealer is the big hold back.

front end reminds me of

District 9

I thought it looked more like the aliens in District Nine. There is only so much you can do with the front end to accommodate the required lights, radiator, etc. Looking at the suspension setup, it looks to have the same hydraulic locking shocks as the Piaggio MP3 has, so you should just be able to come to a stop, hit a switch, hop off and walk away. Tire choice from Honda is sporty, but it will come to the dealer with something more appropriate for street use.

As far as looks, I find myself having a hard time caring what any bike looks like. When I am on and riding I can't see it anyway. My wife rode this for three years before she got her Spyder:

Yeah, she likes the look of her RTL, but she thinks the Neowing is cool too. I am more interested in how it rides and feels. MY other ride when I get off my BMW is:

I call it my Half-a-Harley, only has one cylinder but it's slow and the mirrors are unusable due to engine vibration. At 50 mph, it will put every extremity to slow with the vibes. But it hoons good. "Bikers" snicker at me but I put more miles on this thing a year than they do on their hogs. It's about the RIDE, man.

Knowing it's a Honda. It will be bullet proof. More riding it than maintaining it. Love the shaft drive, single sided swing arm. Very simple rear wheel tire changes. That 250 rear tire? Costly to replace! The fronts? Not a fan of those either. Storage? What storage! Seating? OUCH! Would like to test ride it for sure. Tom :spyder:

It doesn't look like it leans, the wheels are turned to the left but it looks to be straight up and down.

Thanks for the walk around video. I liked the chance to see all of it and check it out more thorough.

Did you catch the F4 Hybrid nameplate on the right side by the engine?

The seat does not look like something I would care for, but would have to test ride to be sure.

Being a Honda, I am sure it will appeal to many that do not like the :spyder2: concept. I will not be a beta tester/ purchaser of this one though.

Cool

Much better seeing the walk around. I hope I can see one in person at some point. Interesting.

REMBER

This is a CONCEPT vehicle. Not many concept cars make it to market. If they do, they are quite a bit different than their original radical design. Like many have stated, there are many aspects to like about the NEO, and many not to like. I look it as a sport trike concept. No telling what HONDA might have up their sleeves for a Touring Trike

Thank you...
