There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Honda Neowing vs Can-am Spyder

Interesting if it ever makes it to the states:coffee: Id give it a test ride but all too happy with :spyder2::firstplace:

More like 'interesting to see if it ever makes it into production' isn't it?? I didn't think Honda had actually decided to make a production version yet, even tho they have taken out a few patents - has that changed??

A few articles a year ago mentioned that it was planned for production in Nov 2016 but no sign of it yet.

In a recent review of he yamaha tricity I read there was also mention of a large capacity version being on the horizon.

It's cute... and it doesn't exist yet. nojoke
This isn't competition for the Spyder, unless you like to fight with "ghosts over the horizon".

2018

looks like the HONDA NEOWING may be available next year....

I don't care for the 'stance'... front wheels are way too close together, looks odd... and all the engineering that goes into making the front wheels 'tilt' is for NOT... every SPYD3R rider knows that you can go into most any turn without concern, and our wheels remain straight-up... i venture to state that the SPYD3R configured as it is, will out perform the HONDA in all road conditions.

Nice try HONDA, and good luck, but I'll keep my F3...

UGH

Since it's a "leaner"; it doesn't need the W I D E stance...

TRUE, BUT THE NARROW STANCES MAKES IT LOOK UGLY....
the design is an 'after thought' of a 2 wheeler... the SPYD3R was designed from the ground up as a brand new concept 3 wheeler....
however, i like the idea of the 'swing arm' design... very conducive to tire changes...

This is similar to the leaning spyder that will be revealed soon, you heard it here on the Cruzr Channel. :yikes::yikes:

I actually like it. Since BRP has made the bone headed idea to drop the RS, I see it as being a nice option for those that would like something in the sporty line-up, with 3 wheels. As far as performance, I bet this will probably outperform most of BRP's line-up when it comes to speed and cornering performance.

My guess is they're just keeping their patents up to date. I've owned two Honda Dealerships and Honda is always late to the game and that's when times were good and everyone could sell anything. Times are lean now and I don't see this coming to market anytime soon. Honda still has a bad taste in their mouth from the lawsuits from the ATC days. nojoke

I look at this one as to little, to late. After nine years in production, there are no viable new competition products for the :spyder2:. At this point, I am not holding my breath for either a Honda or Yamaha version to hit the road. I am thinking that both manufacturers consider the market as to small to jump in.

Honda may always be "late to the game"; but they always come prepared, when they do show up!

Overall....👎

Just doesn't do much for me. There are a few out there toying with the idea but that's about it....:dontknow: guess we will see...

i purchased this new in 1984 for my then 8 yr old son... he's now 40 and has put about 100,000 miles of smiles on it, and it's still in perfect condition... the problem with these, was that the owners never learned how to operate them... out'a git dat out-side rear wheel off the ground into a turn....
