• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Welcome Home MURPHY!:yes:Keep us informed about the trailer issue.............praying that BRP will "step up" and OK a new one for you!:pray:

Up to this point

Come on BRP----Do the lady right. A new Trailer and reimburse for three sets of tires!

What say yee??

Pitbull needs to stand with you 110%

Jack
GM Jack.
up to this point Pitbull has been behind me 1000 %. Vanessa and Len did the leg (phone) work to find dealer close to my travels. Reimbursement for tires has so far been done because of them .. Sending receipts for set #3 on Monday. Yesterday when I told Vanessa 'enough' BRP needs to replace NOW she immediately started the necessary process. The ball is in BRP's court and since they already told Logan dealer that BRP does NOT HAVE A FIX, there is only one satisfactory solution for me. A new pearl white 622 trailer.

Failing all that suggest you park it some evening under a tree that is about to fall and then check the damage the next morning. A good size tree may twist the frame completely.

So sorry to keep reading of your perils. Don't know and never met Pitbull folks but sounds like their doing their thing to get it settled for you. Kudos to them when you receive your new trailer. Just a part of doing business for them and their customer service seems to be spot on. Here's hoping your next trip is carefree, your guardian angels seem to be keeping up with you, even through your bumps in the road.
