• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Try putting the pegs on the inside of the black plastic faring. I am 5'6.5" and the way my husband's highway pegs are on the outside, it is too much of a reach for me too. That is why I don't have mine yet. I ordered a floorboard that should be here by Monday or Tuesday I think. Then we will fabricate a way to mount them where they are comfortable for my legs and feet. Just a thought.

You could try this

Riding one-up I have no problem with the stock footpeg position and there are plenty of places to move your feet to if you just need to change positions. Riding two-up however moves me just far enough forward that I want to move my legs on a much more frequent basis. I am only 5'8" (173cm.), with a 30 inch inseam, so the available road peg mounts are too far forward and wide apart for me personally to be comfortable. One of the places I find comfortable for my feet are the black wings just forward of the shifter and the brake. The surface however was too slippery and required too much leg muscle to be relaxing. I solved this problem with a project that took very little time to complete and didn't cost much. Easy and Cheap. I went to the local hardware store and got some stair step traction material for a few bucks. I cut two strips to stick onto the wings. I tried this and found that it worked great! Now my feet had enough purchase on the wings that it was relaxing to keep them there. One problem. The adhesive on the traction material was not strong enough. Good old "Goop" to the rescue. I reglued the traction strips with Goop and they have now been in place through rain and shine for a couple of months, no problems. If I change my mind at a later date, they will come off as will the Goop. They are barely visible and give my legs a great place to move to when I want to stretch out while two-up. . Ryde Safe and Enjoy
