Glad to be here

I've been ridding motorcycles for 20 years now, all 2 wheels. I enjoy long distance riding (ironbutt junkie), touring, and a little track time. I became interested in spyders a couple of years ago but never got one since my kids were too small. Now they are of riding age and I feel more comfortable putting them on a spyder as opposed to my FJR, Ninja, or R6 . Plus, the wife is happier!

I am awaiting delivery of my first spyder which should be here within a few days. Its a 2018 FE-S SM6 with 4k miles. It's already equipped with the BRP backrest and shad saddlebags so its ready for touring. I look forward to learning more about this great machine and tinkering with it. Thanks for the welcome!
