• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hi Math666 - see the Green Forum Rules link just a few lines above SpyderBOT's post. We'll gladly help all we can, however... I'm sorry if the very first Rule listed there may be a little annoying to you, but it is still one of the Rules the owner of the place has given us to work with here, so it's something you'll need to come to terms with if you wish to post further.

1. All posts must be written in English (Threads/Posts written in a language other than English may be removed without notice).

Btw, once your username turns Blue to signify that all your joining processing is complete and that you can post out on the more frequented public pages, do a bit of searching & reading on the 2012 RT's!

They are one of the better V-Twin models, altho I'd hafta argue that the 2013's after the Heat Recall work has been done are clearly the 'best', just check out my sig line below. ;) But it is becoming increasingly difficult to find dealers who will work on Spyders that are more than 10 years old, and BRP won't support them/supply parts that old either! :sour: So you might need to look for independent workshops to do anything you can't DIY, and source used parts, if necessary, possibly off wrecked &/or scrapped bikes! That isn't a major concern for many of us - not yet, anyway! Still, the Rotax engines are quite robust, and given reasonable maintenance, they last very well, with many running over 150,000 km's already! But some of the other 'wear items' in the running gear and driveline might need a more innovative approach to source if you need them! :dontknow:

Good Luck!
