I'm Back ......

HELLO everyone ......

In June 2007 in Richmond, VA, I followed a group of strange looking three wheeled vehicles to a parking lot full of those things. I took a test ride and quickly paid my $2000 deposit. In December I pulled my trailer to Richmond and returned home with a yellow Spyder, serial #38!!

For quite awhile, I was a rock star! I couldn't go anywhere without people following me, asking me questions, wanting to sit on it etc., etc. Fast forward about 18 months .... the newness and uniqness wore off. Afterall, I was a devoted two-wheeler kind of guy. Now, in late 2022 I'm looking for something more suitable for a senior citizen who still wants the wind in my face but on a vehicle that is easier to handle at slow speeds and stops!

I was wondering if SpyderLovers and LaMont (LaMonster) was still around!? Hallelujah .... I feel like I'm finally back home!!

I'm beginning my search for a good used Spyder and putting up for sale my Honda 2014 CTX1300 Deluxe and, 2013 BMW K1600 GTL. The latter being a remarkable machine but too heavy for me!!

Hopefully around early Spring (March) ... I will be free of the two bikes and have found my Spyder.

Looking forward to hanging out with y'all 'til then on the forum and, future rides with the Spyder groups.

Welcome to the forum InTheWind1942. I hope you enjoy it. You can find lots of good information here on the different models of Spyders and Rykers in the different areas of the forum. Make sure and do some research on the newer spyder because they have change alot from 2008 model. I hope to see you around the forum soon. :thumbup:
