• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Thanks!

I appreciate the welcome to the forum. I have a silver 2013 Spyder RT SE5 with standard transmission that I purchased last year from a dealership in Louisville, TN and had delivered to me in Missouri. It was in very good condition with 8000 miles. I have encountered a major clutch problem, but will detail that on the appropriate forum. I decided on the Can Am because the Kawasaki Voyager 1200 I owned was so heavy it became pretty unwieldy in parking situations and when my wife would grab me while mounting (the bike that is;). I figured three wheels would be the best solution and I did not want a trike. I have eight bikes right now, three of them in the process of restoration, and typically only ride the Can Am when my wife is along or going on a long trip. My main ride is a custom chopper (wildridechopper.com) I built a few years ago, but the narrow seat is hard on my wife's butt...no further comment on that. I like the Spyder and hope to enjoy it for a few more years.
Take care,
David
