• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Not a Spyder owner yet but getting close. Currently riding 2016 Road Glide Ultra and looking to move to 2020 HT Limited since I am turning 81 and time to turn in my 2 wheeler. Just have to be sure that I can connect an xm unit rather than using the phone connection to get my xm.

Welcome to the forum Chuck1. I hope to enjoy it. You can find lots of good information here on the different models of Spyders in the different areas of the forum. You can add XM to the Spyder some have done that. Once you have been processed into all the SpyderLovers systems you will be able to use the search box to search subjects you want to read about, you will be able to post in all areas of the forum and see all photos and videos posted. I think you will be interested in looking at the Spyder F3L or the Spyder RTL models. So when you go to a dealer to look at Spyders ask to look at F3L and RTL. Sit on each one they do feel different. F3L sits more like a Harley. lower feet forward. The RTL is a little higher sit on it with long floor boards. I hope to see you around the forum soon. Good luck shopping.
