• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

B-r-a-n-d new to Spyders And FORUMS.....

Hi all, finding my way around here and might even get better..... ;-) Ol Baz here from New Zealand. At 74 (and a 1/4) I have been a motorcyclist forever. I now own a Hyosung GV250 and of course, have loved it dearly...
3 months back I was diagnosed with something called Mesothelioma, an asbestos Cancer which will probably see me off within the year. Losing the ability to ride two wheels and passenger has hit me and my wife hard and so I have bought a 2014 Manual SPYDER and will make it comfortable for her to ride up the back.... It will be brilliant. Winter here now but we never cared about that on two wheels so when the Spyder arrives, it will be a great day. I bought the Spyder about 3 weeks back and have never ridden it. The previous owner has it tucked away safely in his garage and once some of this chemo washes off, I am hoping to be able to go and collect this fine looking machine... Plan is to kit it out with panniers and a decent seat and rests etc and to just get out of town and enjoy what we have left.... Cant wait and of course, every month we get heads us towards Summer (Christmas) and who knows, maybe we get a lot longer. (Mesothelioma is terminal and incurable) (Baz pauses for glum look)

Hi to all Forum Members. Anybody in and around WAIHI, North Island East Coast New Zealand.???
Will post again when we pick up our prize. The tips n tricks etc on the front page is brilliant as I have no clues yet around riding this machine.....
