• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hi all

Hello everyone…
Looking at getting into a Spyder as I’m getting older my right leg doesn’t agree with two wheels anymore and a slight balance issue from a TBI that robbed me of my love of motorcycles….although I haven’t had the opportunity to test / try one yet I’m pretty sure I will like it.
I have had a long event filled life with two & four wheels from the age of 7 starting with dirt bikes, then 2 and 4 stroke street bikes and cars from 15 on with a little seat time roadracing Yamaha FZR’s and Suzuki GSX-R’s from 18-23, but seemed I was better at bending wrenches on them than racing them lol.
I’ve always had fast/quick bikes and cars and bent wrenches on just about everything. The last bike I rode on the street was an 03 Goldwing in 2013 when my TBI happened (not motorcycle related)……it took 4-5 years for me to slowly build up the confidence to start driving a little again and I’m back at it now though there are still some limitations to that just like everything else in my life now. I now have a couple of cars, a Dodge Durango and a Dodge Challenger Hellcat I’ve had a few other vehicles as well and I even still have a couple bikes though not in running condition (yet) a GSX-R and Vmax.
Anyways that’s my backstory and I’m sure I’ve probably shared too much (TMI), but ehh what the hell…
I’m looking forward to learning about these things and hopefully gaining enough knowledge to help me make a sound decision when I decide to purchase.
