• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Welcome to the Forum & posting, and congrats on your (new?) Spyder, but I'm sorry Bad, not too many members come in here to answer questions, which is at least partly why SpyderBOT says:

You'll know that all your account processing is completed once your username turns Blue, and then you'll be able to post that same question out in the more frequented public pages of the Forum, probably either in the Spyder General Discussion sub-forum or possibly in the Spyder Trailers sub-forum. ;) Only please, try to briefly state your question in the thread title, cos that's the only chance you get to invite readers to come on in & have a look, maybe offer some help; AND it's the major aid to searching we have for anyone looking for the same info at a later date - maybe even years down track! So briefly identifying what you want to know in your new thread title helps YOU to get the right people in; and it helps EVERYONE ELSE to know what's going on in that thread; PLUS it helps others find the same answers later on! :ohyea:
Ps: That Post Title you've used above won't help much; in fact, many small screen users don't even get to see post titles, they only see the thread title; and post titles mess with searching too, making any searching on the words in there a whole lot harder than it needs to be - so always use a title briefly asking your question/stating the reason for the thread for any NEW threads you start, sure; but apart from that, please leave that title field blank. ;)

Your joining processing and final approval shouldn't take too long, it rarely takes more than a day, so maybe you could do some searching & reading of your own while you wait?? Apart from the important links that SpyderBOT provided above, there's a vast amount of info on the Forum already, and not too many questions haven't been at least touched on already! :dontknow:

Good Luck, & here's to seeing you out there & posting very soon!
