Welcome to the Forum & posting Armand!
Once your membership approval is finalised & your username goes
blue, you might want to repeat your intro/story post in one of the '
more frequently read' sections of the Forum (maybe start a new thread in the
Spyder General Discussion area, or in the
Spyder ST - Sport Touring section; cos sadly, not too many of the General Members check in here too often... but most
do tend to see/check out just about everything that comes up on the '
New Posts' search (see the menu bar on any index page

) or if they click on '
Today's Posts' from the drop down list under '
Quick Links'.

You've got one of the older style V-twin motors in that ST, while the RT's & F3's from 2014 on all ran the lazy but torquier & more economical 1330 triple motor (but IMHO, the V-twins are the better, peppier, & sportier motors you can get in a Spyder, just like the one in my 2013 RT! :congrats: ) so you might need to search a bit harder for info, parts, & accessories, and unlike the 1330's, it
will use a bit of oil thru general use too - but the V-twins juust luurrrve the revs, and will
really get the adrenalin going once you properly come to grips with the '
different to a 2-wheeled motorcycle' handling characteristics, especially once you sort out the sway bar, shocks, and tires.

In fact, if you've still got the Original OEM Kendas on it, lose them ASAP - they're too old & really restrict the Spyder's handling/performance significantly! :sour: Fitting good set of similar but not necessarily exactly the same sized 'purpose selected' car tires that better suit
your ryding needs/wants & running them at an appropriate (lower) pressure for the much lighter load the Spyder imposes will be another significant improvement that BRP really shoulda sorted before releasing these things to the public :banghead: But aside from a few '
execution issues' with some of the smarter engineering ideas, they're a bloody brilliant machine that's an absolute blast to ryde once you get it & yourself properly sorted! :2thumbs:
Enjoy, and we'll all look forward to seeing more of you & your Spyder story out on the public pages soon!
