• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What did you decide on? If your flying to SC what did you get to haul the :spyder2: to Spyderfest?

I'm curious too!

I live less than 90 miles from Charleston and am off Monday- would love to see that steroid Spyder if you haven't departed SC by the time I got there.:doorag:

Thru the Smokies and on to SC

Drove 1100 miles yesterday from MPLS, mn to Newport, TN pulling a 23ft trailer loaded with a Goldwing and my 2008 Spyder. Left Newport at 8 a.m.
Hope to b in Charleston by 2 and taking the new Spyder for a ride by 2:05. If anyone is near this area and would like to take a couple of farm boys from ND on a ride to the coast give us a call. Daniel. 612 817 0167

His computer was not very cooperative the last few nights, so no updates. I am happy to report that he and the machine arrived today; it was invited for display at the pre-party dinner tonight in the auditorium.

WOW Awesome first day at spyderfest

A big thank you to my brother for helping me drive across the country to pick up my new Spyder in SC and then onto Cuba for Spyderfest. It was quite the interesting journey. Arrived at Cowtown around 2:30 and met Len and the crew. What a great group of people. Thank you Len and Lamonster and all of the people who have worked hard to put this event on-it is greatly appreciated. Looking forward to the ride on thurs with my sister, brother in law, brother and all the other great people who could attend the event. Thank you Wayne for curing all of my electronic gremlins!!! Thank you to my 'younger' sister for watching over "Problem Child" at the kickoff dinner event.

Thank you Len for allowing me to display my new ride at tonights event, hopefully we can get the shiny new ride out on the rode this week.:2thumbs:
