This may have already been asked, but I haven't been able to find anything.
Is it safe to store your helmet in the Spyders frunk when air temperatures are in the 115-120 Fahrenheit range or will the high temperatures weaken the helmet's structure over time?
It's very convenient to just put the helmet in the frunk after a ride, but my Spyder sits parked outside in the hot AZ sun and frunk temps likely reach far higher than the outside air. I recently bought a new helmet and have been bringing it inside when the Spyder is parked due to fears of heat damage. Is this really necessary? Any thoughts from those with more knowledge than me?
