• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Helmet Recommendations

Helmets

I have 3 different helmets, 1 mod, 1 full face and 1 3/4. I normally uses the mod but I once see a picture of a conversion helmets that I am trying to find. It can be changed to the 3 different versions all in the one helmet. The full helmet is too hot in the summer, the 3/4 is okay but at night the bugs get under the shield.

Hi.

I'm looking for a helmet - thinking a modular style - and was wonder if any of you had any recommendations or thoughts. Thanks!

I went cheap for a long time, and found out I was wearing too large of a helmet. Definitely get fitted, and go the extra. Your noggin deserves it!

Nolan: Been using these for years. Prefer the modular versions. The N-44 and N-40 (latest iterations) will NOT accept the Sena communicators.

I have a Nolan modular with Sena. The Sena must be attached using the optional stick-on way of attachment. Works just fine. My Nolan fits my head. The communication system is secondary. But, sena does work with Nolan. My biggest issue is the Nolan will not fit in any compartment of the spyder. But my big ol' fat head needs the biggest outer shell available.... (My wife's tiny pin-head Nolan fits anywhere she wants to put it)
