• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hey guys! Just signed up... love the site already! I just picked up a 2010 Pearl White RS-S, what a beautiful machine! To be brief, the wifey has always feared & forbidden motorcycles- then a couple on a Spyder pulled up beside us at a light. She said, "that's pretty cool"... I said, "would you ride on that?"..."yes"... BLAM! It's in the garage!!! I'm in the process of getting my license, can't wait to share stories and meet some of you. I'll be reading about suitable mods on this site...no doubt will have some dumb question!

Welcome to our little corner of the World! :D There are no dumb questions; only dummies like me that don't know what they're talking about... :roflblack::yes: :ohyea:
Oh! Be careful or pretty soon your Missus will be getting her own license and you'll be building a bigger garage!

Welcome

:congrats:Welcome to the Spyder community. We are temporarily located between Columbus and Seymour. Some good roads down here.

That's the plan!!! I'm counting on her wanting her own- we'll be a two-Spyder family soon... That's the reason for the pearl white, SE5, and Corbin saddle bags... sneaky little spyder, I am ;)

Yepper! I used to live on Cordry/Sweetwater Lake west of Edinburgh next to Camp Atterbury- had Nineveh address... beautiful country and great roads, not to mention some killer bass fishing!

Great to see more Indiana spyder lovers. :welcome:
Maybe we will run into each other on one those Indiana road trips.

Enjoy!

Indiana

Located between Franklin, & Princesses Lakes area. Beautiful country down around Brown County, IN. Hope to get a Spyder RT Limited soon, still doing my home work. Glad to read some spyder riders in my area.

... a little peek

:congrats: & :welcome: My story is similar to yours except my wife surprised me for my birthday with a motorcycle course to get my licence and the she went from no interest in :f_spider:'s to very interested and wanting to ride as passenger and from not being comfortable on the RS to being comfortable on the RT and so the RTS SE5 it is. Ride safe and enjoy your ride:2thumbs:

:congrats::welcome: Sweet set-up. If you want to keep the Misses happy I would get the Corbin trunk box with backrest and then maybe the ICSI armrest.:dontknow:
