Heel and Toe Shifter

Do any Vendors make a Heel and Toe Shifter for a RS SM5? My shop is closed down and I can't help him. I have one set of RS SE5 left that can be adapted. I have a customer who needs a H&T shifter so he can buy my last RS Seal Floorboards set. He's almost 90 and needs this shifter to keep on riding. He's on Colorado Springs and is serious about this.

Not sure if they are still around, but Web boards used to sell shifters with their boards. They were at a pretty good price.
