• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Heat on the feet

Ok so I did my first long distance ride on the Spyder. It was only 400 miles but it was the first time going that long on the can-am and it was awesome!!! Except for the heat on the right foot. Now I have short legs and the are on the floor boards the whole time. If I reach I can put them on the black air dams-but that's it. I know there are products out there to help deflect the heat but just wondering with my setup which is the best. Thanks for all your input;)

Try this....

Pop over to the home page and look up Spyderpops and click on it. He has what your looking for. And seeing as you have a 2013 make sure you have the new heat modifications for it...

Gotta watch out for those

I find my foot is hottest on the sun side.... :)

Seriously though... the sun does quite a number on jeans and black boots. We did some heat abatement on our 2011's and it helped a lot. If you haven’t had it done on your 2013 it would be good to get done.

Order the 2014 right side grill.
Easy install, trim tabs off bottom . I also removed the lower splash shied (there is a hose running to a little black box, held in by two plastic snap pins. Disconnect tie to frame) then I cut hole in bottom of pan behind fan, let air flow to bottom. I then sealed off the grill potion on the top to block all air, because I use highway pegs. You don't have to do this if you just want to stop hot air to floor pads. Good luck!
