By chance did you replace the OEM bulb with an LED …. if so a wire may be interfering with the shutter. .. this is actually somewhat common occurance …… good luck …. mike hyea:

:agree: Exactly what happened to mine when I went to LED's.

Thanks to the good folks here on SL, I learned of the potential shutter blocking problem when installing LEDs and I was able to stash the wiring so there was no problem.

Nope, haven't touched the lights at all. It came with LEDs and has been working fine..now one shutter is stuck down..

Well I just found an old link on here on how to remove the assemblies so I'll be working on that when it gets colder and I'm not riding.. Thanks for the comments..

There was a post recently about the SHUTTER …. it turned out the Bulb/ Led burned out …. however spyders get jolted around while riding, what was working fine can have a wire move 2mm and now it's blocking …. good luck ….let us know how it turns out :thumbup::thumbup:...…. Mike hyea:
