• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Headlight replacement bulb for 11 RT?

Have the first bulb burnout for the 11 RT after almost 4 years. I will replace both bulbs with similar 55W halogens when I tear down the tupperware to get to both headlights, and hopefully be good for another 4 years. I do not want to go with anything fancy like LED's but would like to know what others use for a replacement bulb,,, the Osram 64193, H4, H7? or I guess, I'll tear it apart and then carry the bulb until I find a replacement. I imagine my dealer would have to order the BRP 55W halogen.

Let's see..!!

most of the older ones used the H7 single filament bulb type. At the autoparts stores you can find many brands with whiter/brighter or blueish beams and the ones I have tried work well. The parts list says yours is an HB3 65w bulb and sells for $17.95. check your manual and take a bulb with you to make sure.

Be sure and get a HB3, some others look the same but the mounting part is slightly different and don't fit.
