Headed West after Lamont's BBQ

We have a 525 mile trip after the BBQ and would like to knock some of it out Saturday afternoon after the BBQ. Any suggestions on a route to put a couple of hundred miles under our belt before dark heading toward Poplar Bluff?

Thanks, that's kinda what I was thinking. I just didn't know how slow it might be from Lamonts to say Gatlinburg or Kodak and maybe stop there for the night.

Why would you want to go south to Gatlinburg? Nashville is 240 miles from Mosheim.
