• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Last night my father and I made our annual pilgrimage to the Ski-Doo 2014 sneak peak in Syracuse, NY. I stopped at each sled to take a look, but it seemed as if my father was looking for something he wasn't finding. After a little while he walked up to me and asked if I was ready to leave. "See anything you like?" I asked. To which he replied; "Bombardier didn't bring any Spyders." :hun:
I knew my father was interested but he was talking about having surgery on his shoulder in late April and I assumed he was looking for a new sled. He called me up this morning and told me that with the problems mom was having with her back he couldn't ask her to take care of an invalid, and he will be postponing his surgery. "If the surgery is out, I need to get my spyder" he told me:clap::clap::ohyea:. So, he is going down to the bank to get the loan stuff done, and I am going to help him shop:yes::yes:.

I have converted another, soon Chenango County will be infested with :spyder:.

Hope you had a good time at the show! My son & were going to go but he was sick. Got an e-mail from Bibbens in Weedsport NY, (Ski-Doo & Polaris) and from Wheel-A-Away in Fulton NY, (Yamaha & Atric Cat). Must have been quite a few sleds there.

My son is in the Military (11 years and counting) and the highlight of my year is hooking up with him and taking an annual bike ride. He sets aside 4 or 5 days of his annual leave to ride with me (if he is stateside). It means so much that he looks forward to spending riding time with, not his peers, but with his dad. He has had bikes from the age of 16 (he's 31 now), I've had them for over 40 years. We have a great time together on the road trips we take. I wouldn't trade them for anything. Enjoy riding with your dad, it is good for you and Great for him. (written from a dad's point of view).

Good for you both. Your dad for his Spyder-bite and to you for getting to enjoy this together.

I'm sorry to hear of your mom's problems, however.
