• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Has the F3 changed?

I haven't seen any mechanical changes per se. There is some software that has changed that allows you to select "sport" mode for more shenanigans.... But other than styling (read: colors) I don't see much difference...

I put 27000 miles on my 2015 F3 and have over 30000 miles on the 2016 F3T.. I like the extra storage space on the 2016 but still believe the street/cornering performance was slightly better with my 2015

They reinforced the frames, gave it some computer upgrades (Hooligan Mode!), now offer some touring models with upgraded shocks, and some BNGs...
That's about it

The New Base 100hp Model is 16,999 But 18,500 with SE6? Has the same Torque Numbers and would be Great for people who can't Really speed in their State!

horsepower

I am not ready to buy the HP rating - check the rpm's for power rating.
My 2 cents worth!
Tip

When BRP did the release in August there was a Y-Tube video put out by BRP that explained the upgrades but for some reason the video has been deleted. Some of what I remember was a new DPS unit for all models saying it would be much smoother, the rear sprocket was being changed to 79 tooth (I think) to be the same as the RT and the frame was being strengthened due to the top case being added to the F3L. I wish that video was still available.
