Looks like a HD copy with some kind of nose erection
I would be very concerned about the safety or lack of safety programs it does or doesn't have (ie-Nanny). I don't see any electronics in the front braking system.

Why the concern? The Nanny exists because the Spyder's front end *doesn't* tilt, and thus you need the computer to manage traction in corners.

Still, I agree: this thing's one ugly mother...

Well personally I think we will see competition for the Spyder and YES I also think many will have tilting front wheels as to remove the need for Nanny... Like the Piaggio scooter.

But hey.. I don't even own my spyder yet (tomorrow I pick it up) so what do I know.
Just thinking that some will want to feel planted in the seat on turns and wants tilting....

Agreed that is BUTT ugly!.... but that does not mean some large company wont produce one that is "high end" and tilts so regular bike folks get the "feel" they want.

Seriously... I bet (and you can look back on this post later and SLAP me if I am wrong) that in a year or 2, there will be a production, tilting, forward trike design, from a established company.

No way does a market like this (even small) go untouched for competition long!
