• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Has anyone given their Spyder a "Name"???

Charlotte. When the tabs come up for renewal next year, if it's still available and I have the cash, considering getting the custom plate "CHRLOT" for her.

My forum name on different sites has always been TOPDOGJIM, left caps on the first time, so have just wrote it that way ever since. Anyways I work at the university of CT where the Husky dog is our mascot and we have a lot of top dog basketball teams. Anyways I call my bike the "Dog Sled". Got the vanity plate two years ago and almost lost it this month when I failed to re-register the Spyder on time. Who knew you had to stay current? lol

We call her..!!

"Surf and Turf" called a spyder, lives on the land by the sea (San Diego) and reminds us of a lobster... :ohyea:

we called ours "Honeymoon" - when it comes to our spyder it is just the two of us no kids allowed and every ride is like a honeymoon. We call her Honey for short which fits as she is golden yellow.

happy ryders of "Honeymoon"

Mine is "Celtic Blue".

I have the Celtic Knot on my Spyder. The Triquetra seems appropriate for both the 3 wheels and the Trilogy of "Spirit, Mind & Body"

of course the SpYder is BLUE

Topper

It took me a few months to find the right name. Hopalong Cassidy was my childhood hero. He was in town for a personal appearance and the crowd kids surged forward. His horse, Topper, started a bit and stepped backwards . . . and stepped on my foot. I let out a yell and Hoppy got down and picked me up. Greatest moment of my young life! Since it is a white RT what else, but Topper?
