There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.
Has anyone given their Spyder a "Name"???

Had a song stuck in my head
Just bought mine a couple months ago, but had been thinking about my granddaughter when thinking of names, so it got named Itsy Bitsy. And then we almost painted a 'water-spout' in the front, but with the pearl white, I decided on webs, and then one thing led to another so I'm now in the process on converting it to pure black & white. No chrome (because spiders aren't shiny!). In other words, be careful what name you pick as it may end up costing more!

My young Grandkids took one look at the front of my White 2013 RT Ltd & screamed with delight - it apparently looks just like a smiling 'Cody, the Robo-Sapien'!! :sour:
Sooo, I got to watch the vid with them (at least 3 times!
) and they are right, if you squint the right way & have a fertile imagination, it sorta looks like Cody when he's grinning!! 
So now the G/kids call it Cody (at every opportunity!)
