has anyone found a source for 5009 turn signal bulbs?

I have done an internet search, this site search and have not found an answer for where to get replacement 5009 bulbs. just in case, they are used in my 2014 STS rear directional signal housing. What have you guys done when you needed a replacement.

I replaced mine with LEDs. I don't think that they are 5009s the headlights are 9005s.

5009 bulb

the bulb I removed from my rear directional lamp is a Osram 5009. It is amber in color with the pins at 150 degrees. I have gone to five auto part stores as well as Batteries Plus, in Austin, and no one has the bulb. If some one has actually bought this bulb please let me know where they got it from. If you substitute a LED did you use a load resistor.

the local Spyder dealer did not have the bulb, but I was able to get it from the Ducati dealer. Their no. is 39040211A
Anyone else find another source?

:hun::hun: The OP is asking about turn signal lights and yes they are 5009. No the headlights are 9003s.

I agree, if your already in there you might as well upgrade to the LED's much better lighting.

the LED replacement is about $19plus $4 for load resistor that gives off a lot of heat and needs to be inline some where other than in the housins because there is not enough room for it. Thanks for all the help

Also look at Kawasaki Part Number : 92069 92069-0024 BULB,12V 10W for $2.87

I now have enough to stop the search.
Has anyone seen amber directional signal covers to replace the smoked ones?
Does anyone know where to get paint that can be used to color clear lamps, or the plastic cover?
