• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Haven't ridden my Harley dresser in a few years due to back and leg issues but had to today. 40 degrees here in CT today rode the Harley about 12 miles to bring it home from where it's been. Had to remember to put my feet down, feather the throttle shift and down shift. A lot for Poppa to remember:roflblack: All I thought of while riding was "I love my Spyder" RTL:yes: even more than I knew! Hand warmers! feet up! warm ankles! push tab to shift etc.:ohyea:

100 Anniversary Dresser with too many options to mention 4200 mi $13,500.

Come on Spring I need a Spyder Fix!!!

Chilly ride...

good luck on the sale..sounds like a nice unit :nopic: but better luck on spring springing sooner...:roflblack:

:shocked: Sorry to hear that your health may be forcing the sale of a longtime friend... :shocked:

Good luck in finding it a good home! :thumbup:

COMMON PLACE

more and more your story is becoming common place.... :agree:

i had to give up riding over 20 yrs ago because of hip, knee and foot issues... then i saw my 1st SPYD3R commercial on TV and said to my wife;
"Dan's back in the saddle"...
i bought my '09 RS in '09 and have been enjoying it to the MAX... and it seems like i've met so many others with the similar stories... BRP has given us a new lease on life with this new toy...
:yes:

I'm only 48 and had left knee surgery in 2006 for a minor issue. I can still run and walk just fine, but the left knee is just weaker than the right. I could hold up my Kawasaki KLR 250 just fine, but with the wife on the back it was just to much weight. I figured a bigger bike would only make things worse. So the Spyder works out great for me and my wife.
