• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

It's there a good noticeable increase in power with a tuner, exhaust, and drop in filter. I'm about to by all 3 and wanted some feedback to see if its worth it. I'm on my 2nd week as a spyder owner. Love it sofar.

Not sure if you have a RT or a RS ?

In my RS ( SE5 ) i had a TB Juice Box,BRP Hindle Exhaust and ESI Filter .I later added a O2 Modifier because of back fire on decell. The throtle response was crisp, it certainly felt faster and it sure sounded faster and I'm sure there was an increase in HP but until you put it on a Dyno it is difficult to say how much is actually gained.

It's worth getting the air filter changed, the stock filter leaks around the edges. My airbox was contaminated with sand, you could see the debris streaks around the airbox where the filter seal was failing. Kens(evoluzione) filter or the Green filter are preformance and fit correctly.

First off - :welcome:

I have the Green filter, Hindle exhaust and the O2 modifier. I installed them at different times, so I didn't notice huge improvements at one time. I did lose quite a bit of gas mileage (from avg 34 to avg 28). Then, I reverted back to the stock filter and stock O2 sensor - I then noticed (to me) a significant decrease in power (take off, acceleration, etc). I also noticed my MPG got back to nearly what it was when stock (keep in mind I still had the Hindle installed).

I did not buy my Spyder for gas mileage; I have a 4-cylinder car for that. The fun factor is the key for me. I went back to the O2 mod/Green filter and I'm totally happy with that combo. The juice box or power commander would be great add-ons, but my Spyder is already too fast for my old a$$!!! ;)

I sold my Hindle pipe, installed a Two Bros single slip on, Juice Box Pro and a green filter. Used Two Bros recommended preset selection on the JB Pro. Previously did not have any FI help with the Hindle pipe. Was on the bike when I bought it. Was missing fuel from 3500-4500 RPM. Now, there is no hesitation, improvement in 5000+ RPM torque and acceleration is noticeable and the sound is awesome!! I bought one of their tips for the slip on pipe that reduces the decible level of the exhaust. It is lost somewhere in my garage, no matter, love the new sound without it.

Only down side is my fuel mileage has dropped from 31-32 to 29 MPG.
