• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Grounding location 13 RTS frunk

I've installed a 12 volt outlet in my right speaker grill and plan on drawing power from right fuse box in frunk. Where would be a good grounding point close to this location? Thanks for the help.

If you haven't yet, spend the $28 or so for a service manual PDF. Then look at the wiring diagram and the actual wires to find a good place to tap in for power. And search the forum to see what others have done.

The fuse box is not a good place to tap into for power. There is no good place to connect to in it, and you stand a chance of damaging it's water tightness. Most everyone gets an auxiliary fuse box with both power and ground and connect it directly to the battery.
