GREAT SERVICE FROM TRICKLED

I purchased an LED Flag from TrickLED.com in 2014. Three of the LEDs went bad (after more than two years).
Called last week to order a new unit and they sent a replacement at NO CHARGE (not even shipping).

OUTSTANDING PRODUCT AND SERVICE.
I highly recommend this company.

I would just like to say that I got lousy service from Tricled. Once, when I asked a question, I had to wait 15 minutes for a response (mind you, that was because Cindy had spent the previous 15 minutes packing up an extra part to send me before we had even discussed it):clap:

I don't know that I have ever seen better, more proactive customer service than that provided by Tricled. :thumbup:
