Not intended to be an advertisement for a company that is a non-sponsor but I couldn't keep this experience to myself!
I purchased a pair of S&S Gloves just before Spyderfest. Rode with them for a few days and then the right glove ripped at the seam between the wrist strap and the heel of the palm.
Went on the S&S website this morning, filled out a warranty claim. Six hours later I get a response from their warranty department, asks me for photos of the ripped glove. I happily sent the photos and 5 minutes later he emails me back saying the gloves I have are the old model and sends me a link and asks which color of the new model I would like. I send along my preference and my contact information and he emails me back 3 minutes later telling me he has placed the order and I should have the new gloves tomorrow or Monday and apologized for the inconvenience.
Nice work Speed and Strength!
