Hi

i looked at the accessory list for the F3 and it shows a gps mount that takes the place of a piece of the grip trim.. I hate to have my gps off to the side as I do not like taking my eyes away from the center line and if on two wheels, you go where you look.

does anyone know of a mount that will mount to the center of the F3 handlebars?

The other question is where is the best place to tap into power for the Zumo mount?

I picked up a Ram Mount setup for my STs that I just transferred to my F3s. Similar to this:

I was able to have everything adjusted so that my iPhone was hovering over the center of the bars.

I didn't take a pic (unfortunately) and have already removed it since I only have the setup mounted when a ryde calls for gps.

Thanks for the info... I was looking for something to attach to the center of the handlebar mount.. There are four bolts there..

where did you tap into power?

You may consider. .. . . .

. . . . . something like this - especially if you want a GPS in your line-of-sight.

I think Spydr3 did a great job on this. It would put the GPS right where it is needed, and it would be protected too.
