GPS - installed a FIAT socket..

my wife has a FIAT 500 with a plug&play GPS system - i like this idea very easy to handle - plays music and things like that -
so i installed a socket instead of my temp-meter - workes now - but have to make the connection to the original spy-cables..
maybe I install a second one on the other side (music only ?) ..

the idea of FIAT is much more logic than from BRP - so they installed a socket with +/- 12V and two pins for the Bus/Audio system - no cables hanging around - so if you want a GPS or Audiosystem ... just buy it and plug it in .. workes in the next second - gave the Gps out of our car stick it in the spy and worked .. (now my wife said :lecturef_smilie
(so they could use this system on their skidoos-seadoos and so on..)
think if they would have installed two sockets like that - left and right
they could sell much easier their GPS or "musicsystems" ..
(the cheaper cost around 250 USD - the other is a TOMTOM incl.Adapter)
