Changing Colors

I was thinking of getting my Spyder painted because I always wanted a black Spyder but when I bought it in 2013 they didn't have black. While reading this thread I was thinking it might be possible to get a wrap and change the color. Do any of the wrap manufacturers sell a solid color and if so will it look good just wrapping it to change colors or should I still think of painting? I have never worked with the wrapping product and would love to have some feedback on this. thanks
