• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

MAGOG STOPOVER ?

If you would like a place to stay, overnight or whatever works, I'm about 3 hrs due south of the lake in Vermont....I'm sure " Murphy Brown " would give me a  recomendation......I'm on Rt 100 near Montpelier......PM me if interested, Mike.....:thumbup::thumbup:

Erags and I were there last year...weather was great and the scenery was beautiful, but we didn't have a clue what they were saying for 2 1/2 days since NO English was spoken by those in charge at all...not even a "Hello to our American (or other Canadian province) Spyderlovers"...it was an interesting 2 1/2 days, I'll say that! We did have a fun time playing around with the gigantic inflatable Spyder. Luckily we were "adopted" by an older couple from Quebec that served as our "translators" for us...even invited us to stay with them at their farm an hour away. (Couldn't take them up on the offer since Erags' CPAP machine was in Vermont. Sorry I can't put any more pictures in this thread...they are on my home computer and I'm at the hospital with Erags. 2011-07-22 to 07-24 Spyderfest Magog 176.jpg2011-07-22 to 07-24 Spyderfest Magog 385.jpg Have fun, Lamont. Be safe.

That was very uncivil of them!!! It will keep me away.

I'm always getting mine swabbed for explosives at airport security

Hope your husband will be OK. That was quite a trip you had out west. Something wifey & I worry about every year when we tour out there (health problems).

I was always planning on going but now after I crashed my two wheeler bike 4 week ago and still in a wheelchair dough I will be able to make it, today was my first day walking after 4 weeks in the chair and do not think between now and next week I will have the strength to be able to do the trailing part.
