• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I took my hood and front fenders off for custom paint, and figured I won't be able to ride the F3 for the next 3-4 weeks. My husband who is an HVAC guy was out in the garage making parts for a job and next time I went out there, I found this.

Cute..!!

just don't want to miss a minute of ryding time...:roflblack::roflblack: works for me....

no, nothing is attached. I might consider riding it with the "hood" if we can attach in in a way that won't scratch the paint, and just leave the front tires bare - tape up the end of the wire harness for the fenders. He was just being creative and it reminded me of the old Mad Max movies.

Fender requirments

Ck local laws befor you temp open wheel. Pretty sure its a DOT requirement :(

Every cop I have ever talked to (I know quite a few) said pretty much the same thing. They don't know what is legal or not on a Spyder so they won't bother pulling one over unless it breaks a traffic law or has an expired registration.

This applies to South Eastern PA only of course. Your mileage may vary.

Best alternative ive saw on tv was a classic brit car they had airbrush painter paint tire tread fenders ,was legal & got look they wanted. Good idea if you care to try

couldn't not ryde

Ok, so I guess 3-4 weeks of not ryding is impossible for me. Don had to work on Saturday so I opted to take my chances with the open wheels and frunk. I rode up to Rocky Mtn National Park and did Fall River road again up to the Alpine visitor's center.

Weird thing is that people really seem to like the "open look" or it's just so unusual to see someone driving something torn apart? Not really sure why, but I've never had so many people give thumbs up or talk to me about it before.

On Sunday, Don and I rode together and same kind of reaction. We have bluetooth and he was following me so even those times that I missed stuff, he'd tell me "that car just gave you a thumbs up through the windshield".
