• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

GloRyder question

I think that would be a problem. The GloRyders cover the lug nuts just enough to make it not worth while to try IMO. I can put GloRyders on without removing the wheel, but don't see how you could take the wheel off without removing at least the cover plate of the GloRyders.

 By golly; you're right! :gaah: I guess it's time to put some more tools and a bigger crying tool into the toolpouch! ;)

havent tryed yet but it looks like u have to take them off but never the less i like mine

Yes this is true but if you are wondering why it all has to do with battery size. The size of the AA battery is what regulates the size of the housing. We found that the AA battery was the ideal battery to use with this device as the AAA was just not powerful enough. If it were not for that we could easily reduce the size of the housing. Really if you are at the point where you need to remove a wheel taking the GloRyder off by removing the cap and unscrewing 2 more screws should not pose too much difficulty :)
