• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Well, I've stepped up my search for a 2014 Spyder RT (S or Limited). I have seen a couple of manual trans for $17000 but we decided if the wife is going to learn to drive we need the semi-automatic- I almost pulled the trigger on one long distance til I realized it was a manual :(. I think both of them have passenger heated grips for both of us. How much cost/trouble is it to add a heated seat? Also how does the adjustable air suspension work? We are looking for a Red-Silver or White one. We are in the Chicagoland area so if anyone knows of one let me know. Thanks,Mike

LOOK HERE

IMotorsports....they are sponsors and vendors here check Ad on home page ......great to deal with....Mike :bbq:

Or if they don't have what you need, you're not too far from PitBull PowerSports in Springfield, MO.

Happy hunting!

There are multiple threads on this forum on seats, and we all go on endlessly about our favorite (Ultimate, Corbin, Russell Day Long and now Mustang). Corbin and RDL are available in heated versions. You can go to their websites to get pricing, but you're looking at north of $1000 for a new heated seat. Keep an eye on the forum for a used seat.

This seat is a bit harder to replace than most motorcycle seats, takes about an hour. (Some would add it takes 3 cusswords and one beer to get it done right).

The manual is really straight forward, but the semi auto is a nice feature.

+1 for imotorsports

They have the best prices I was able to find and they will even ship it to you included in their low price. I didn't buy from them but almost did (they had a leftover 2014 RT that sold). They were great to deal with.
