• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Gas prices!!!

No, simple supply and demand.

Profit is not greed and is what makes a free market economy work.

Oh, and its all my fault the price is headed up nation wide. I accidentally mentioned to my oil company client that I was going on vacation for 2 weeks. A 3000 mile RV trip......this happens every time we head out. It will come down again in June after we are home.

no offence meant; just keep drinking the kool aide:yikes::opps:

Ah but ya gotta admit that getting more educashun--specialy in money and markit stuff is jumpin. :chat:

Ever few years there is some kind of a geo-political skirmish and oil prices go up. Think that some of the politics is designed to raise prices? I do. Yep...especially when those that start the belligerence are the one that profit.

Y'all love this! $3.40.9 a gallon at the BP on the way to work last night - $3.49.9 a gallon on the way home this morning!!!:yikes::cus::yikes:

Yes! Those gas price signs are once again looking like progressive slot boards at the casino. Every time you look, the price is higher than the last time. It was $4.07 for premium yesterday, can't wait to fill both :spyder2:'s this morning. :yikes:

EDIT: the price held over night.

We have a 37.5 cent state gas tax on top of the 18.4 cent federal tax. I think we pay about the highest fuel tax in the southeast. If I lived closer to South Carolina I'd fill up there. The state house is talking now about another 1.5 cent raise in the gas tax or going to a flat rate tax for travel miles per year.

Well the more fuel we use the more the oil companies got us by the balls. The question is what are we going to do? Can we turn our spyders to use alternatives like propane and natural gas? Is there any adapter available?
